**JOB MISSION**: Generate new sales based on the increase in the customer base. Lead and manage the sales position at Plásticos Flambeau México, based on the methodologies of each client and the capacity of the plant, to obtain a satisfactory result with the client and maintain sales profitably.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**ACTIVTIES**: - Coordinate the visit to the plant. - Visit clients. - Generate quotes for different programs and new projects. - Identify potential customers. - Attend operations meeting (continuous improvement) - Attend fast response meeting - Support the result of expired orders - Obtain the monthly result of the customers' scorecards - Calculate monthly average scorecard - Attend weekly meeting of 5's and security - Coordinate customer visits to the plant. - Request manual billing of tools, prototypes, etc. - Check expenses after trips - Collect information related to customers - Estimate monthly sales based on requirements - Communicate potential customer service complaints - Maintain communication with customers 24 hours a day - Ensure that the requirements of the day have been collected 100% - Help in the quotes of the different programs - Attend monthly meetings of the sales area (results) - Identify potential customers - Assist in developing action plans required to maintain current clients - Update the presentation of clients - Coordinate the advertising events of our company in the events of the plastics industry - Develop the action plan to improve the scorecard - Study the methodologies of the clients. - Present the 3 indicators: Delivery Performance Tracking, On time delivery, Customer Satisfaction.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saltillo, Coah.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
