Headquartered in Camarillo, California, and with offices around the world, we are actively looking for talented individuals to help grow the business!Responsibilities:Works in partnership with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute an annual accelerated business growth plan that includes new product launches, pricing management, organic growth in accounts as well as competitive conversion.Monitors appropriate market segments and competitive offerings and adjusts tactics and go-to-market strategy accordingly to accelerate sales growth.Works closely with the Marketing team, R&D team, and Distributor Partners to overcome customer obstacles in order to maintain and gain new business.Optimizes sales resources to most effectively accelerate profitable sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals while managing a territory operating budget.Utilizes and updates CRM MS 365 platform daily to manage the assigned territory and keep the top 100 accounts current monthly.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Food Safety, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience, required.Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales required, including:Sales experience and/or knowledge of the food & beverage processing market, orSales experience in sales and/or marketing in the healthcare market.Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to use discretion and independent judgment.Ability to work in a team environment.Attention to detail.Ability to adapt and flex to a changing environment.Ability to lift/carry 20 pounds.Working Conditions:Days consist of either driving and/or flying to see customers in the territory.Minimum of 50% overnight travel required.May occasionally work evenings and/or weekends.Why you'll want to join our team:Teamwork as a core value.At Hygiena, our emphasis on teamwork and cross-functional communication enables us to build stronger bonds within our business.Be a part of something big.
