About this opportunity Role Profile Position Title: Medical Territory Sales Manager CDMX Job Location: CDMX
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports to: Manager Channel
What would this role look like in detail? RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES The Medical Territory Manager (TM) will be responsible for achieving the annual sales budget assigned for the Territory, determined by the Regional Sales Manager. He/she will effectively maximize the resources under his/her responsibility and produce the necessary results.Close relationship with heads of nursing and surgery in hospitals and surgical centers, opening sales opportunities inside and outside the operating room.Demonstrate in operating rooms the performance of hand protection equipment to health care professionals in major hospitals nationwide.Responsible to suggest adjustments in the distribution network, proposing new distributors when and where needed.Monitor competition activities and provide feedback to the company with relevant information from the field.Monitor territory assigned, to identify opportunities and risks due to market/economy trends, as well as regulatory issues that could affect our business.Support distribution network by providing necessary training to have the sales team updated with Ansell information.Keep updated information in Salesforce system (daily/weekly) assessment.Direct technical processes for large projects assigned and penetrate the market in the designated territories.Manage an efficient administration of the product mix, new products, and positioning of the Ansell brand values to all customers.Share with the Marketing and Procurement Department information about the regional market, implementation of new products and customers.End user calls to provide solutions and support (technical/training in general).Participate in workshops, trade shows, and all general exhibitions.To fully comply with the items related to quality, environment, health, and work safety, maintaining the equipment and workplaces clean, looking after the preservation and organization of the tools and equipment under his/her responsibility.
KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education Professional with a degree in nursing, health, or related fields.
Job Experience Mandatory:
Knowledge of Medical Health, Safety, and Environment.Experience in risk assessment and training.At least 4 years as an Account Manager with Salesforce experience.Knowledge and Skills Office 360, especially Excel proficiency.Basic financial mathematics.Intermediate English, able to communicate either written or spoken.Interpersonal communication skills.Oral and written communication skills.Ability to speak in public.Advanced English/Salesforce.Postgraduate in Medical Health, Safety, and Environment.Risk Assessment and Prevention/HazMat emergency management studies.Travel on assigned territory by land for customer portfolio service, unless air travel is approved by the company.International travel for Congresses, Training, etc., as needed by company needs.Typically, spends 40%-50% of time in face-to-face interactions and calls with end-users, 20%-30% with distributors, and the rest in administrative work (Salesforce, reporting, etc.).Equal Opportunity Employer At Ansell, we value diversity and understand that varied ideas and points of view add value.
