Job Description Test and Maintenance Engineer Silao, Mexico Direct Hire Coordinate and lead a local testing technician team to support the ECU production.
To Launch new SMD, TL, and BE testers under the responsibility.
To Create Key targets for the job and optimize the specific testing software/programs needed for the effective Launch of new Products: achieving the quality level required by our customers, with the lowest profile cost and looking for excellence in manufacturability.
To assure the test specification.
Responsible for SMD, TL, BE specific Testing Processes including Testers/Handler Maintenance.
Develop Software/Hardware related to Testing Engineering for SMT-TL-BE machines for new ECU part numbers or new EBS Products, achieving the technical specifications our customers require.
Support the preparation of FMEA and Control Plans.
Expertise in Quality procedures for Release/Maintain/Optimize equipment/processes in his responsibility To support internal and external Audits, and the MSA Studies requested by the quality manual.
Ensure the availability of software/hardware for the execution of Validation Tests in ECUs (PV, PPAPS, PA, etc.)
Support APQP in activities required for customer approval.
Requirements Education : Bachelor/Engineering English (-Intermediate) Professional Experience : 5+ years ' experience in the Automotive Industry.
5+ years' experience in Automotive Quality Standards.
5+years' experience in Test Engineering, and maintenance.
5+ years' experience in ECU production.
5+ years' experience Launching ECU Lines.
5+ years' experience troubleshooting: ECU Lines with SMD CT<9secs, TL&BE<11Secs.
5+Years experience in 6 Sigma.
Preferable: 5+ Years experience industrializing ECUs: MK25, MK25E, MK100, MKC1, CAirS.
Knowledge in: SMD Production Test and Maintenance for-ECU MK25, MK25E, MK100, MKC1, MKC2, CAirS TL -Production Test and Maintenance for -ECU MK25, MK25E, MK100, MKC1, MKC2, CAirS BE -Production Test and Maintenance for -ECU MK25, MK25E, MK100, MKC1, MKC2, CAirS AMEF Electricity, Electronic, Pneumatic, 8D´s IPC-A610 VDA6.3 C++, Visual C Requirements 5+ years' experience in Automotive Industry.
