Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.About the role:TheWhat you need:- At least +3 years working in a Testing Analyst role or equivalent.- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar field.- Previous experience working with **Selenium** (or similar tools) is a **must**.- Previous experience working as a QA automation engineer.- Advanced programming skills including automation systems and scripting.- Strong attention to detail.- Experience of managing and supporting Internal Development Teams.- Ability to travel internationality at potential short notice for extended periods (up to 2 weeks).What you will be doing:- Meeting with the business analyst and software development team to discuss verification protocols.- Sketching out ideas for automated software test procedures.- Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.- Working with the project manager and business analysts to Lead and participate in smoke testing before they are released to the Business.- Continuous engagement with the internal IT Team to ensure that issues during SIT and UAT are following the correct resolution process.- Produce Reports and Metrics on the progress of the Test Programme throughout the year.- Takes a proactive and 'hands on' approach to project work and is adaptable in terms of style and activities undertaken.- Work with the business analyst to ensure that the Test Strategy and approach meets the GMF processes.What we offer:At GM Financial we want you to be the most authentic version of yourself.
