- Utilize advanced measurement equipment such as VNA and ENA to perform detailed testing and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
- Manage and lead testing personnel, fostering a culture of problem-solving and continuous learning.
- Use tools like SAP, Dassys, and ECTR to support test planning and quality metrics evaluation.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Completed degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience as a Test Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in measurement equipment and signal integrity principles.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to implement efficient testing processes.
- Proficiency in English (written and conversational).
- Experience in managing personnel and resolving technical issues.
- Knowledgeable in programming and process improvement methodologies.
