Test Engineer

Business Unit: Sensors & Fluid Management

Job Description:

Responsible for optimizing line efficiency by reducing downtime, ensuring PM and calibration procedures are followed, and eliminating quality problems in coordination with quality and manufacturing engineering.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Program Management in transferences, NPI & Test equipment projects.
2. Development and improvement programs in LABVIEW, C#, Visual Basic & Test stand.
3. Update of obsolete test equipment.
4. Improve test performance and efficiency through statistical process control (GR, CPK).

Requirements & Skills:

1. Bachelor engineering degree (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic).
2. 4-6 years of experience creating test solutions for manufacturing.
3.
Skilled in software development mainly LabVIEW, C#, Visual Basic, Test stand.
4. Good understanding of product traceability and how to implement in manufacturing.
5. Well organized and documented project management skills.
6. Fluent English (conversational).
7. MS Office experience.
8. Good understanding of statistical process controls (GR, CpK).
9. Able to travel and manage programs in transferences and NPI, including financials.
