If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Test Engineer based in Torreon Plant II, Torreon, Coahuila (E-Systems Division).As Tools & Process Coordinator you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Engineering Manager.Your Task will beResponsible for the development and installation of test equipment for the start-up of new products, from the prototype phases to launch and engineering changes.Responsible for making necessary updates to test equipment and programs.Provides technical support to each of the manufacturing areas of the plant, as required.Supports APQP planning meetings for engineering changes, model year changes, and new product launches.Generates and tracks test equipment requisitions; ensuring that it is delivered, installed and released according to the times required by the different plant programs.Actively participates in multidisciplinary teams to solve quality and manufacturing problems.Ensures and controls that investments and expenses in test equipment are within budget.Monitors and tracks the performance of test equipment suppliers.To be Successful in this role you will need:Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.1 year in test areas or similar positions within the automotive industry of wiring harnesses.APQP KnowledgeEngineering Change Management knowledge.Proficient with Microsoft Office
