Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.About the role:The Test Engineer Jr is responsible for conducting electrical, mechanical, and performance testing on air conditioning units (cooling and heat pumps) according to industry standards such as ANSI, AHRI, and ASHRAE.Requirements:As a minimum, you must have:Bachelor's degree in engineering.1-2 years of experience in a related field.Proficiency in using test equipment and software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Advanced English.Key Responsibilities:Conducting comprehensive testing on air conditioning units.Analyzing test data and generating detailed reports.Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Promoting a culture of continuous improvement.Maintaining an acceptable level of 5S in the lab.Technical Knowledge:Knowledge in AHRI, ASTM D4169 Shipping, and ASHRAE 41.2 standards.Knowledge in ISO/IEC 17025 quality system.Knowledge of refrigeration systems.Provide technical expertise during the evaluation of test results.Knowledge of laboratory tools and equipment.Benefits:We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary.Our commitment to you:Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
