**Job Overview**:We are seeking a skilled Test Development Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing engineering tasks of low to medium complexity.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing test solutions, creating test solution quotes, providing support, and continuously improving core competencies.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop test solutions based on project requirements and specifications.- Create and present quotes for test solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and budget constraints.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for test systems and equipment during test crises.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test solutions meet quality and performance standards.- Continuously enhance and update technical knowledge and skills in testing methodologies and technologies.- Conduct performance evaluations and validation of test systems and equipment.- Participate in design reviews and provide input on testability and product design improvements.- Monitor and assess test processes for efficiency and accuracy, making necessary adjustments as needed.- Document test plans, procedures, and results, maintaining accurate records and reports.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to testing and quality assurance.
**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in test development and engineering, preferably within a manufacturing or product development environment.- Strong knowledge of test methodologies, equipment, and best practices.- Proficiency in programming languages and scripting (e.G., Python, C#, Labview and Teststand).- Experience working with SQL Server, including writing queries and managing databases.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
