Job Description:Test Engineering Management 1 manages the planning, development, and implementation of procedures for the testing and evaluation of standard and special devices. They are responsible for staffing decisions, training and development, and performance management of the staff. The role also involves specifying tests to be performed, compiling data, and making recommendations for changes required in testing equipment procedures, manufacturing processes, new testing requirements, and/or design of testing equipment.
