Responsible for coordination and overall delivery of work with nearshore/offshore team members. Lead testing for Client's transformation initiatives and/or application portfolios. Test management, communication, metrics, and status reporting, including identification of risks and escalation of issues to the project team and/or the Client. Coordinates approval for all the deliverables from the Client as per the defined acceptance criteria. Provide resource utilization/allocation/estimation to project leadership and/or Client as needed. Coordinate updates with Test Analyst(s) as needed. Defect Management, including logging and reporting of defects. Own coordination between domain projects and our Automation strategy leaders.
