**Your Role and Responsibilities**
We are looking for testers as part of our core team to take on some of our most demanding challenges to build and create products that will improve productivity and in turn change the way our customer experience works.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
Strong understanding of test case development, execution of test procedures. Ability to write and execute acceptance tests and test cases a must.Fluency in English, both written and verbal.Experience in Agile methodologies.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
+8 years of experience and understanding of test case development, execution of test procedures+2 years of experience in banking industry+3 years of experience managing testing teams, Strong ability to write and execute acceptance tests and test cases a must. Strong communication and management skills, experience in Agile and Waterfall projects leading more than 20 testers, good knowledge in finances, risk management, client facing and negociation.
