Develop and execute strategic plan to provide support and continuously improve knowledge, skills and the learning environment in a mid-size, high mix, multinational engineering, and manufacturing organization.Principal Responsibilities:Create software specifications based on hardware requirements specified by the hardware engineer for test systems.Development/validation and documentation of software test frameworks and the associated software modules that meets the requirements for the hardware, data collection, and PM routines.Assists in project proposals and associated cost (including hardware) estimates.Work with multi-functional teams (Production, Design Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality, etc.
