Test Technician

**Responsabilities**Support engineers in activities to structure and develop system testing capabilities and products. Analyze and improve existing processes & designs, as required- Provide support in the development of test software. Implement processes & documentation for current and new projects.- Assist in the identification and recommendation for appropriate tools; assist with set up of the system test configurations, and development of test procedures. Participate in cost reduction and quality programs.- Assist in the definition of a common set of procedures and methodologies. Support production and development of new products through the design review process- Participate in the execution of test activities. This may involve metrics reporting, including isolating and reporting defects using defect tracking tool.- Assist in development of solutions or workarounds to resolve defects.- May assist the QA team in understanding/developing low-level functional and system integration tests.- Other Duties as assigned**Requirements**:- 3 - 5 years of experience- Punctuality and regular attendance- Experience encompassing manual, automated, and regression test efforts preferred- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills- Detail-oriented- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
