**_SUMMARY OF POSITION_**
The position will support the production of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies by maintaining Automated Optical Inspection equipment (AOI) and Flying Probe / J-TAG equipment. AOI and Flying probe technician will provide support on the programing, debugging of the all the new products and the products transfer to our manufacturing site.
**_RESPONSABILITIES & SKILLS_**
Responsible for the day-to-day testing equipment and testing results.
Responsible to perform the GR&R analysis for the test equipment.
Responsible to calibrate the test equipment.
Working to improve test coverage of the products.
Responsible to generate the new programs for the SPI, AOI and Flying probe
Responsible of the preventive and corrective maintenance of the test equipment.
Responsible that the safety systems of the test equipment are working properly.
Follow the KPIs, provide a daily report of the test equipment performance such as FPY, downtime.
Familiar with operation of AOI and programming of AOI to control product quality.
Familiar with operation of Flying Probe and programming of Flying Probe to control product quality
Familiar with operation of J-Tag and implementation of test regimen to test components using J-Tag
PCBA Experience - ability to troubleshoot problems, read schematics, provide key input into continuous improvement and root cause corrective action activities.
Communication skills - communicates improvements and issues in a timely and effective manner.
**_EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE_**
Bachelor's degree in electronic technician or related field. Plus, Engineer Degree.
5 years or more experience with AOI / Flying Probe
Problem solving skills - knowledge and use of 8D / 5 Why / RCCA
