As a Testing Project Manager at ALTEN Mexico, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering successful testing projects.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and resources, and ensure that testing processes and methodologies are followed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Testing and implementation project management.
- team work with advanced engineers for the coordination of deliveries with deadlines.
- Parallel work with testers for the control and reporting of the developed activities.
- Programming with languages (C/C++).
- Use of platforms such as Matlab, Simulink and Labview.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Testing Project Manager, leading and delivering testing projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, practices, and tools.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices, including scope, budget, and resource management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
