Testing Team Lead - Ces I

Responsible for leading the testing activities for one or more projects of the Interior segment.Define and update the test plan and scope for each SW development phase.Track progress, inform risks and mitigate them, remove blockers, so we can meet deadlines in time and with qualityPerform requirements analysis in order to generate test cases which thoroughly validate them.Coordinate, guide and develop a group of test engineers by stablishing strategies, planning resources and tracking objectives based on BU priorities.
