You will lead and oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, tax, treasury, and FP&A functions. In this critical leadership role, you'll collaborate closely with global finance teams while supporting regional leaders in making informed, impactful decisions.How you'll spend your dayStrategic Leadership:Partner with regional leadership to shape business strategy and long-term financial planning.Act as a trusted advisor on financial opportunities, risks, and strategic initiatives.Financial Management:Lead all planning, forecasting, and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and clarity for decision-making.Oversee cash flow, tax, and treasury operations while maintaining compliance with local and global standards.Performance Insights:Provide forward-looking financial analyses, predictive models, and actionable insights to drive business growth.Team Leadership:Build and inspire a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Compliance & Governance:Ensure adherence to financial guidelines, SOX compliance, and local legislation.Maintain accurate balance sheets, P&L, and statutory reporting.Continuous Improvement:Drive process simplification and optimization across financial operations in the region.Collaboration & Influence:Act as an integral member of both the regional leadership team and the global finance network.Share best practices and contribute to elevating global finance standards.Your experience and qualificationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred).8+ years of experience in finance within global, commercial, or manufacturing organizations.Proficiency in US GAAP, local GAAP, and SOX compliance.Skills & Competencies:Strategic thinking and business acumen.Exceptional leadership and people development skills.Strong analytical, modeling, and decision-making capabilities.Fluent in English and Spanish
