Tfe Accounting Support

General Description: Responsible for the activities related to Accounting, budget, costs and others, involving the control and data reporting of a company plant.
Implements the operational procedures in the area, in accordance with internal policies.Responsibilities:Identify duplicate invoices and escalate to manager when needed.Application and registration of weekly payments to suppliers & employees.Validate if vendors are updated in the system for correct processing.Correctly post payments into the system.Coordinate and manage the movement of materials and products, ensuring timely delivery and efficient logistics.Prepare and send documentation to the customs agent for import and/or export shipments.Ensure the shipment of export goods and the resolution of related issues.Qualifications:A strong track record in bookkeeping or Accounting, with hands-on experience managing accounts receivable and payable.Experience working directly with external auditors to resolve complex Accounting and reporting issues.Requires a working technical knowledge of generally accepted Accounting principles.Experience in Accounting/financial reporting.A degree in Accounting, finance, or a related field.Knowledge of PeopleSoft, GL, or any other Accounting system.At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounting or finance.Monthly/annual Accounting and taxes closing for local and reporting purposes for Mexico and Colombia.Job Title: Accounting SpecialistLocation: RemoteCompany: Umbrella BPO & Client CompaniesOverview: As an Accounting specialist at Umbrella BPO, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining accurate financial records for our clients.#J-18808-Ljbffr
