Adequately plan and implement the tools, equipment, and personnel necessary for each client and manage all sales activities necessary for the success of the assigned area.The main objective is to participate in the management and work with clients of the dealers' service centers and/or multifaceted repairs of motorcycles, carrying out sales processes, policies and procedures, and working within the company's internal multifunctional teams.Obtain, maintain and grow your customer base within a defined territory.Meet and exceed monthly sales goals for your region.Verify and confirm that authorized service centers comply with the brand's service model.Install and provide on-site and online training for all brand product lines.Certify that distributor service center personnel correctly use the internal system.Use a consultative sales approach: prospecting, discovery, and closing.Ability to provide excellent customer service skills, resolving customer issues to complete customer satisfaction.Drive key metrics within customer satisfaction and retention objectives.Provide information to management on industry trends within the region.Provide automotive technical support.Ability to cultivate relationships with strategic distribution partners.Other tasks may be assigned.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $25,000.00 - $28,000.00 per monthBenefits:Company carCompany parkingFree uniformsWork Schedule:8-hour shiftWork Location: On-site#J-18808-Ljbffr
