Position requirements:

Plan, coordinate and supervise the operations of Distributor service centers, increasing the functionality of services and repairs.
Participate in the management and work with clients of the dealers' service centers and/or multifaceted repairs of motorcycles.
Obtain, maintain and grow your customer base within a defined territory.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals for your region.
Verify and confirm that authorized service centers comply with the brand's service model.
Install and provide on-site and online training for all brand product lines.
Certify that distributor service center personnel correctly use the internal system.
Use a consultative sales approach: prospecting, discovery and closing.
Provide excellent customer service skills, resolving customer issues to complete customer satisfaction.
Drive key metrics within customer satisfaction and retention objectives.
Provide information to management on industry trends within the region.
Provide automotive technical support.
Cultivate relationships with strategic distribution partners.
Other tasks may be assigned.
