The Shop, After Hours Maintenance Support Assistant

**Desirable Experience**- Previous maintenance or breakdown assistance experience.- Basic knowledge of tractor, trailer, truck, semi mechanical functions.- Responding to incoming calls and handling appropriately- Answer calls and accommodate drivers with repairs that truck or trailer needs on the road.- Assisting drivers on the road with truck breakdowns over the phone.- Organizing on the road assistance with vendors throughout the US- Providing coverage for colleagues when needed- Various other support functions as assigned**Work Hours (After Hours during week & weekends)**7:00 am - 4:00 pm Wednesday to Sunday3:00 pm - 11 pm Wednesday to Sunday**Salary**: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Knowledge of tractor, trailer functions: 2 years (required)- Basic knowledge of truck & semi mechanical functions: 2 years (required)- Previous maintenance or breakdown assistance experience.: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)
