You will manage the day-to-day manufacturing and interact with Materials Management in your areas of responsibility. You will be responsible for participating in the development and implementation of transfer plans and support the implementation of new technology and products in the Therapeutic area in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Corporate.You will be responsible for:The supervision of manufacturing processes, process or design validations, product testing, marketing analysis, etc.Establishing operational goals and objectives aligned with corporate strategies.Providing a leadership role in the development and implementation of world-class manufacturing standards (TAI, JAI, CFM).Implementing target systems and procedures to ensure that equipment and machinery meet the operational performance and utilization required.Ensuring the introduction of new products in compliance with operational goals and objectives.Understanding Materials and Logistics Management.Coordinating the development and support of systems, i.E., Materials Management, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Information Management, and Interdependent partnering.Developing all capital investment and operational expense budgets that support business needs.Understanding and implementing Signature of Quality (SOQ), Lean Manufacturing, and Process Excellence (Six Sigma) methods.Responsible for the development and implementation of environmental, safety, and health programs.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESManaging Manufacturing Managers, Manufacturing Supervisors, and Receipt Inspection Supervisors, generating development plans that encourage permanence in the company.Responsible for developing subordinates and encouraging them to use their full potential.Communicating business-related matters or opportunities to the next managerial level.QualificationsAcademic degree as a professional in Business Administration, Pharmacology, Engineering, or related Sciences. Master's degree preferred.Eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, or related activities, preferably in the medical products or pharmaceutical industry with a minimum of three (3) years at managerial levels
