Under the direction of the Senior Supply Chain Manager, he directs and coordinates all manufacturing activities and programs within the Therapeutic area. Manages the day-to-day Manufacturing and interacts with the Materials Management in their areas of responsibility. Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

- Ensures the right level of manufacturing, materials and personnel.
- Develops all capital investment and operational expense budgets that support business needs. Provides analysis of variance and corrective actions.
