- Support to develop, test and validate thermal profiles in the different thermal machines (SMT and FA lines) in conformity with the specification of the customer and the specification of the different materials of the products.
- Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing processes and procedures, which contribute to reducing and eliminating non-conformities and optimizing processes.
- Provide support in the reception and validation of Thermal processes according to Bosch Standards.
- Provide support to production in solving problems in the Thermal processes.Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating and maintaining golden samples for the Thermal profiles: Design, fabrication, acceptance validation, release, implementation on production process and definition of correct storage and maintenance.
- Responsible to follow implementation of DMD's / VVT's / and general specifications requested for VS.
- Maintain constant communication with CN colleagues to understand changes and new requirements and communicate them to MFP group.
- Ensure the participation of the group of engineers in global process meetings, sharing lessons learned.
- Identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and vulnerabilities in process and provide training for engineers and technicians to solve them and implement these trainings and actions in a systematic way.
- Responsible for supporting quality/customer audits.
- Responsible to validate NPI establishing process parameters and production release.
- Responsible to support validation of new part number implementations and new line launches.
- Eliminate non-value added activities.
- Responsible to train technicians on process, machine configuration, and process parameters.QualificationsEDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics / Electromechanic / MechanicalLANGUAGE: English advancedSKILLS:
- Knowledge in Thermodynamics.
- Experience (3-5 years) in convection technologies and UV curing technologies.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Mechanical knowledge for ensuring the correct and efficient function of the different internal devices of the thermal processes (Mechanical alignment).
- Advanced knowledge in creation of thermal profiles.
- Knowledge in software for creation of thermal profilometers (Fluke & Ebro).
- Experience of +2 years in brands: Rehm, Ceracon, Mass, SMT
