Responsibilities **Distributors Tracker:** Strictly maintain and update the Distributors Tracker.
**Funnel NI Calculation:** Calculate Funnel NI and upload to SharePoint for Sales Ops and Pricing Latam.
**Project Analysis:** Review and analyze actual, backlog, and funnel ID projects.
**Run Rate Calculation:** Perform run rate calculations and upload to SharePoint for Sales Ops and Pricing Latam.
**Service Forecast Calculation:** Accurately calculate service forecasts.
**Historical Analysis:** Conduct historical run rate analysis for first pass evaluations.
**Forecast Validation:** Successfully validate forecasts.
**Systems Follow-Up:** Report and follow up on system failures, errors, non-updating issues, and access problems via email.
**Dashboard Updates:** Update dashboard previews for forecast meetings.
**Meeting Participation:** Actively participate in Mexico Forecast Meeting, Backlog Local Meeting, Backlog Direct Meeting, and Channel Manager's Meeting to review FNI.
**Sales Force Changes:** Implement changes in Sales Force as requested.
**Business Review Reports:** Compile comprehensive business review reports.
**Reports & Analysis:** Generate several reports and analyses.
**Efficiency Identification:** Adapt files and identify efficiencies.
Requirements **Proven Project Management Experience:** Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with precision.
