Experience leading operational improvements in a manufacturing organization, Pilots organization and implementation, industrial studies.?
Ability to work independently and to lead and coordinate team members.?
Proficient in resuming or condensing a lot of information in comprehensive short presentations, data analysis. Problem solving and organizational skills.?
Availability to travel to different plant locations and work with the local people.?
Ability to negotiate with different Departments or Entities which sometimes will have conflicting interests in regard the Project. ?
Cross-Cultural Resourcefulness and flexibility to changing priorities, as well as ability to work effectively with short deadlines.

Experiencia y requisitos
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (Termo-dynamics, applied physics, Organic chemistry) or Applied Material; additional master or PhD is a plus?
5-10 years of experience in Process Improvement & Projects Management, with high level of demonstrated technical proficiency and aptitude (ie: problem solving skills, scientific methodology, statistical analysis, Six sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement experience as green or black belt. etc.)?
Fluent English language as a must. French or Portuguese as a plus.?
