You will have the opportunity to be the customer interface of an exciting new technology. The Adoption Engineer is a member of the ThousandEyes Systems Engineering team tasked with optimizing adoption and utilization through best practice recommendations. The Adoption Engineer, working in tandem with the Customer Success Specialist, will serve as a post sale technical consultant throughout the customer lifecycle. This role is accountable for ensuring the success of ThousandEyes customers, the execution of adoption-driven playbooks, product trainings, and customer roadmaps.What You'll DoProactively reach out to customers to build and maintain a trusted advisor relationship and create technical championsCollaborate with the Customer Success Specialist and Sales team on account strategyIdentify customer strategic initiatives and potential use casesEngage with customers to drive adoption through best practice recommendations and increase the value ThousandEyes delivers to their businessActively identify new and expansion opportunitiesShare customer feedback and enhancement requests with the Product teamDeliver product updates sessions highlighting new capabilities that have been releasedQualifications3+ years of Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services or similar technical customer facing rolesStrong desire to learn and ability to work independently in a fast paced environmentKnowledge of network infrastructures, cloud technologies and application frameworksExperience with scripting languages (e.G., Python, Perl, JavaScript)Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skillsEnglish and one of the Iberian languages (Portuguese or Spanish) are requiredAdditional European languages are highly desirableBachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related fieldCisco values the perspectives and skills that emerge from employees with diverse backgrounds.
