**Responsibilities**:
1. Define the long-term strategy, leading key initiatives, and setting the future direction of the Fashion category;
2. Responsible for the P&L of Fashion category;
3. Provide industry knowledge and leveraging own network to ensure success of category;
4. Hire and develop a strong team;
5. Acquire and incubate Fashion brands and partners to support category growth;
6. Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into brands' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently;
7. Collaborate crossfunctionally to unlock brands' potential on the platform, drive business growth and adoption of livestream and short videos;
8. Navigate through ambiguity, adapting to frequent changes and influencing key stakeholders to drive decisions for the category;
9. Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
1. Network within the Fashion space and strong knowledge of the Mexican Fashion industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation;
2. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills;
3. Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity;
4. Strong sense of social content, practical experience in the social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories;
5. Solid experience in people management, leading a diverse team;
6. Experience of owning P&L;
7. Fluent in English, good communication and collaboration skills working cross functionally in a global working environment.
