**Responsibilities**:
- Optimize the fulfillment experience, including fulfillment painpoint analysis and tracking, and set corresponding experience indicators for optimization.
- Analyze partner profiles and gain a deep understanding of performance requirements. Output fulfillment strategy for different partner layers.
- Educate and communicate with the partners about new practices, policies and enhancements that have been decided to improve their experience. Support their understanding of the processes and help them achieve better delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the governance rules and motivation design, including the formulation and implementation of assessment rules and motivation design.
- Responsible for market competition research, improving platform partners' fulfillment capabilities and barriers.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably with engineering, science, logistics transportation, operation management background.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required for the role.
- Proven experience with logistics solutions and program management experience.
- 5 years of working experience in logistics, experience in commerce platform is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Solid understanding of e-commerce marketplace operation and governance policy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to secure alignment.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in ambiguity and in a matrix environment.
