**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for business partner acquisition and incubation, aiming to increase activeness, business growth, and retention.
- Figure out partners' pain points and life-cycle growth strategy in a data-driven approach, and identify opportunities to increase the business for partners through scalable solutions.
- Work with the internal teams, and other cross-functions to optimize partner experiences and empower the growth of thousands of partners via social commerce
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 3 years of experience in commerce.
- Experience in scalable user or business growth, familiar with partner recruitment, incentive policies, marketing, advertising, or education.
- Data-sensitive, able to set clear goals and monitor progress; capable of analyzing complex business issues, identifying opportunities, and continuously optimizing strategies.
- Skilled at cross-team collaboration and advancing projects, able to work with a wide range of individuals to drive successful projects.
- Strong learning ability, proactive and adaptable, able to effectively handle pressure.
