**Responsibilities**:
1.
Responsible for thousands of partner growth from scratch, aiming to increase activeness, sales and retention;
2.
Figure out partners' pain points and life-cycle growth strategy in a data-driven approach, identify opportunities to increase the business for partners through scalable solutions;
4.
Work with the Product team and other cross-functions to optimize product uploading service, content production and user experience with robust product features and smooth experience in TikTok Commerce.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualification**:
1.
4 years experience in mass account management or mass incubation; experience of managing hundreds of partners is required;
3.
Has experience of managing teams; good at cross-team collaboration and moving things forward, ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people;
4.
Excellent communication skills, experience in a highly results-oriented environment with external client interaction is required;
5.
Good data sense, ability to deal with complex business analysis and intelligence in defining goals and opportunities.
**Preferred Qualification**:
1.
Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain complex concepts simply;
2.
Quick learner, proactive and resilient, ability to cope well under pressure;
3.
Strong knowledge of the European commerce landscape, user demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation is a plus.
