**About the Team**:
Governance and Experience is a global team aiming to build a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only users, but also partners and creators. We value user experience and work on policies, rules, products and systems to ensure quality. We are looking for passionate talents to join us, thus together we can build a commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct further analysis and draft moderation policies on partners, products and contents in global markets with a focus on safety issues such as fraud, counterfeit products and regulated products.
- Continuously evaluate, propose, and execute improvements for existing processes and policies.
- Partner with internal stakeholders in strategies and operations to develop effective training materials.
- Work closely with the quality team to identify struggling areas that should be addressed through learning solutions.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- +2 years of demonstrated experience in e-commerce policy enforcement or public policy. Preferably from e-commerce governance and social media background.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required for the role.
- Excellent coordination skills and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams to build plans and projects.
- Familiar with e-commerce compliance requirements and internet governance management, with a certain level of business sensitivity and risk awareness.
**Preferred Qualification**:
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage business demands in fast-paced environments.
- Self-motivated with a track record in stakeholder management, problem-solving skills and able to thrive in an ambiguous working environment.
