About the Team

- Responsible for managing the influencer & affiliate products, including but not limited to influencer growth and incubation, partner alliance operation tools, influencer-product matchmaking, agency cap & tap modules, etc.
- Continuously iterate and improve the platform based on business growth and data performance, providing parnters and influencers with an easy-to-use operational platform.
- Collaborate across departments, ensuring high-quality execution to achieve team and project goals.
- Design differentiated solutions based on the specific circumstances of different countries.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualification**:
- 3+ years of creator related product management experience.
- Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with a solid product thinking framework.
- Skilled in cross-department communication and collaboration, with strong resilience and a sense of ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing large-scale projects are preferred.
