Global E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team striving to achieve full satisfaction from customers, promoting a sustainable and risk-free sales environment, and providing the perfect purchase experience. Service and Moderation Team (SMT) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to deliver trustworthy and excellent service experiences for every user of TikTok Shop. SMT is looking for a Moderation Training Program Manager role to focus on policy training and staff knowledge management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement training programs with focus on staff and business partners' knowledge management.
- Lead in country training workflows and deliver timely and clear updates to internal teams and business partners to deliver high quality results.
- Conduct training sessions based on cross-functions' moderation knowledge necessities.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome training program risks, and produce program reports for stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify training needs, problems and suggest solutions by developing localised training materials.
- Work with other training program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
- Evaluate moderator performance to gauge where knowledge and skills are lacking.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in education, business administration or training related fields.
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
- 3 years of working experience in training or education related fields.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing training and learning solutions in the tech industry.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in education, business administration or policy related fields.
- Experience in E-Commerce or marketplace platforms.
- Familiar with e-commerce compliance requirements and internet governance management, with a certain level of business sensitivity and risk awareness.
- Able to effectively engage with leadership, facilitate discussions about complex topics, influence, and reach agreements.
- Self-motivated with a track record in stakeholder management, problem-solving skills and able to thrive in an ambiguous working environment.
