These capabilities are: Innovate/Market, Plan, Make, Sell, and Deliver.Inside the Plan capability, one of the main enablers is Mosaic Planning, for becoming more capable, more agile, and more efficient. Mosaic is a global, integrated, and predictive planning tool aligned to the FP&A module of PepsiCo's Global Template that is currently operating in certain OUs (Europe, AMESA, APAC, and North America) and will be rolled out across every Sector.This role will ensure the continuous stability, correction, and enhancement/programming of the Mosaic tools and processes (IBM Planning analytics & Alteryx). The person should be able to support or have experience with writing, modifying, and testing code and scripts that allow the Mosaic system to function properly. The role will interact with PepsiCo Beverages & Foods North America end-users of Mosaic daily, guiding and helping them conduct planning activities on Mosaic and ensuring the Mosaic system is upgraded according to business needs.Your ImpactAs TM1 Planning Analytics Specialist, your responsibilities would consist of:Support core planning processes (Month-end closing, forecast, etc.) through data collection, verification, and processing to ensure timely submission to GBS and Sector, looking for automation, digitalization, and streamlining of current processes.Partner with Finance and Non-Finance stakeholders (Sales Finance, Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, Control, etc.) guiding them to ensure a robust and working solution across North America.Act as Subject Matter Expert on any topic related to Mosaic – first line of defense in front of end-users.Identify issues and define action plans in response to findings and ensure timely resolution – escalate issues if needed.Deliver training to end-users.Manage IT/consulting houses to get the required fixes in the solution, test the system, and drive enhancement
