Leading reporting and tracking of key KPIs.DVC 3 year transformation for PBF Supply Chain through 7 capabilities, creating a specific strategy for each pillar of the Change Management Capability: Design, Manage, Lead, Sustain and Engage. Supporting and executing 13 change management programs.
