Job DescriptionThe TMOD Training & Learning Manager deploys, implements, and manages HR policies, procedures, standards, and initiatives in an efficient and standardized way for the employees' scope of the 3 Continental Silao locations.Leads and enhances organizational development initiatives to support and enhance the organization's strategic plan. Designs, organizes, and implements Corporate TMOD & local initiatives to facilitate employee development. Identifies and strengthens the development of Leadership and Performance Culture following the Continental Core Values. The TMOD Training & Learning Manager focuses on implementation and local adaptations, taking into account global, country, and Automotive Sector, BA & Segments guidelines to reflect the local priorities defined by the location HR Head and Site Manager.Defines and implements the training strategy according to the overall strategy and development plan of the locations, following legal and customer requirements. Ensures concise practical documentation according to legal regulations and supports the implementation of improvements in the effectiveness of the organization in his/her area of responsibility. Ensures the strategy to identify training needs to add value to our operations.Coordinates the activity of the TMOD Training & Learning Team.QualificationsSupports HR BPs and HR Location Head in their role as strategic partners.Supports HR BPs and HR Location Head in their role as change managers.Continuously evaluates performance according to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Operating Figures.Summarizes and completes reporting within the local organization and publishes reporting results.Supervises the training KPIs collection and is responsible for specific analyses for the TMOD, Training, Learning data.Manages the specific TMOD Tools (Talent Management tool, My Success, BASICS live, My Radar Live, etc.).
