Job DescriptionThe TMS Consultant will spend their time learning everything they can about Transportation Management solutions in their area of focus, and work with customers to find out their needs and how the product or service will fit those needs. This position will require assistance and capturing design details, assist in configuration, testing of the solution, and support go live and client activities regarding implementation.**Responsibilities**:- Assist and support all aspects of implementation activities.- Ability to develop functional specifications for configurations, interfaces, reports and screens that meet the customers business objectives- Assists and supports project team with configuration and testing of the designed solution.- Assists and supports customer with their testing and training activities.- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, project team management audiences.- Ability to execute training to end users- Provides non-technical support during the 'go-live' period and 'Hypercare'.- Provides primary user support and verifies that the system provides the required business functions and maintains data integrity- Creates and modifies procedural and system documentation throughout the project**Required Skills**:Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
