EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Bachelor's or Engineering
- Two to three years of experience as a tool crib coordinator in the maquiladora industry or in another similar company
- Advanced English
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Experience: more than 5 years in materials and inventory management (tool crib/warehouses)
- Have general familiarity with tools and parts.
- Skillful use of basic computer programs
- Work under pressure.
- Have a service attitude.

- Administration, customer services, time management
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inventory control
- Reduction of obsolete parts in inventory
- Development of cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
- Standardization of activities on campus
- Coordinate daily operations of the tool crib/warehouses
- Personnel administration in charge
- Training of the personnel in charge
- Coordinate implementations of new projects
- Monitoring and execution of processes according to the quality manual
- Participate in safety-related activities.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Generate reports and indicators of the department's status
- Coordination with the purchasing department in control of suppliers of the tool crib
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respect and comply with security policies.
- Meet safety metrics 0 accidents, 5 OPS's per week.
- Participate and/or lead Security gembas.
- Participate and/or lead in improvements to processes / Workshops / phases of new models.
- Participate and/or lead quality problem solution meetings.
- Meet Quality metrics (RTFT & CPU).
- Rigorous execution of established processes (balancing, tools, Andon, etc.), and avoiding line stoppages, sticking to the production plan.
- Any other activity assigned by the supervisor.
- Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO9001:2015.
- Comply with the safety rules determined according to your function.
- Complete planned training related to Quality and Training on time.
- Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions
