**Family Description**:
Applies scientific/ technical knowledge in the design, development and implementation of engineering models, tools and/or processes. Responsible for planning and directing tool crib programs/projects, setting priorities, and allocating resources, and making necessary decisions on day-to-day operating matters. This role is responsible for cross-discipline activities and cannot be assigned to a specific engineering specialty. It is fundamental that the engineered know how to handle, control, and manage the inventories in tool crib.
**Knowledge and Technical Skills**:
- Demonstrates technical process/equipment expertise.
- Suggests alternative solutions to complex issues.
- Expert in technical leadership or process/ equipment qualification and development methodologies.
- Expert on warehouse control of consumables and general repairs.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Capable of managing day to day operation teams.
- Speaking and writing English.
- Good Knowledge of MP software.
**Complexity**:
- Works on problems of diverse scope, where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Solves complex technical problems within area of designation.
- Analyze entrances and exits of material to always keep the correct stock of material.
- Uses understanding of the root cause to develop future innovation opportunities.
**Teamwork, Collaboration, and Influence**:
- Ensures that knowledge and information are appropriately communicated.
- Work with sustaining planer and engineers for better teamwork with the plan preventive maintenance, predictive maintenances and corrective maintenance.
- Encourages collaboration by engaging others in problem solving.
- Collaborates company-wide on cross-functional, cross-divisional teams.
- Adept at working directly with customer or customer representative to discuss technical matters.
- Adept at working with the different department's teams in SMPX 2.
**Initiative**:
- Works independently, providing leadership for some project elements.
- Analyze and upgrade the data on the MP software system of tool crib.
- Upload the complete information to each item of the MP software like information, drawings, part number, etc.
- Develops and recommends solutions for problems of diverse scope. Creative Thinking and Innovation:
- Applies diverse experience from multiple projects to solve problems, benefit the project team and/or develop new technical roadmaps.
- Looks for innovative ways to improve operational methods to align with Maxeon values.
**Impact and Results Focus**:
- Delivers results that positively impact productivity and quality of finished work or product.
- Demonstrates strong understanding of project scope and logic, including economics and relationship to needs of SunPower's customers.
- Accomplish the target reliability on the spares and consumables that the company require.
**Minimum Education and Experience**:
- B.S. degree in Engineering and 4+ years of related experience or M.S. Degree and 2+ years or Ph.D. and 0+ years
- OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
