POSITION OBJECTIVE
Lead a team of 9-11 technician on 3 shifts ensuring the discipline and measure to achieve the safety, quality, productivity and employee satisfaction targets. Responsible to supply tool crib parts to the requisitors, re-order parts, inventory control and organize spaces on the tool crib.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and schedule activities of the Tool Crib Technicians
Enforce all BRP policies and administer disciplinary action when required.
Responsible for the quality, cost effectiveness, inventory and budget performance of the department.
Prioritize Tool crib work orders according to production requirements and needs.
Responsible for the parts availability in tool crib.
Optimization of inventories, order, and distribution parts.
Hold regular safety meetings and provide safety training as needed to assure safe working environment.
Develop programs for Tool crib technician.
Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the department manager.
Create and follow KPI departmental oriented in continuous improvement.
Follow BRP values and behaviors.
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Enforce Quality BRP policy.
Follow up Office Vibe results through action plan.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar
**Experience**:
Min. 5 -years experience in production or support areas related
**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
**English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
