JOB SUMMARYAssemble the most complex tools, including three plates tools, double shots tools, and main parts' tools.
Participate in discussions regarding tool structure and manufacturing methods before designing and manufacturing.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble the most complex tools, including three plates tools, double shots tools, and main parts' tools.
Participate in discussions regarding tool structure and manufacturing methods before designing and manufacturing, and provide reasonable suggestions for optimizing tool structure and simplifying processing.
- Discuss tool issues and repair solutions with NPI.
- Conduct self-inspection of new and repair tools before shipping out.
- Resolve production tool emergency issues on the injection machine.
- Communicate tool lead time with related functions.
- Conduct OJT (on-the-job training) for new hires.
- Arrange and adjust all fitting assembly jobs.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.JOB QUALIFICATIONSKNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of plastic and injection concepts.
- Familiarity with operating traditional machines.
- Understanding of tool structure.
- Familiarity with polishing concepts and processes.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of 5 years related working experience, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.#J-18808-Ljbffr
