**Experience**:- 10 years of experience working in the Tool room and Stamping Industry.- High knowledge skills in the development of tooling design for stamping dies.- Able to develop new stamping dies suppliers.- Ability to manage simultaneous activities and projects- Developed Fixture & Poka Yoke Mechanism- Lean Manufacturing knowledge- Write and Justify Capital Investment requests- Implement Cost reduction projects**Skills**:Leadership skills, Tooling and equipment knowledge skills, Able to multi-task, be team oriented, Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Strong communication skills; Good attitude and disposition to provide proper support to Production areas, Bilingual English/Spanish.
