Tool Room Supervisor

Optimizing tool, assembly fixture with preventive maintenance system and changing of tools. Reach an effective management of resources to provide a fast and efficient service to production area

**Responsibilities / Processes**:

- Maintenance of tools and fixtures to production area
- Efficient management of Tool Room
- Maintenance of draws and diagrams updates
- Trianing about tools and equipment (properly use)
- Re design of fixture to cost, and time reductions
- Certify suppliers as alternative in emergency problem
- Establish a control of raw material of to activities of Tool Room
- Establish preventive and predictive maintenance in tools and records of reapairs
- Coordinate and establish process to certify tools
- Assignment and control of tools
- Establish a control of work and system of automatic supply of tools of continuous use
- Other activities assigned by his supervisor
- To work according of the I.M.S. (Integrated Management System) which includes ISO 9K, 18K, 14K, 27K, and 22301

**Required Experience**:

- Career in mechanics engineering and/or position experience
- Knowledge of tools
- Knowledge of equipment of workshop
- Knowledge of measurement equipment
- Knowledge in detection of unsafe conditions
- Knowledge of welding
- Knowledge of materials
- Knowledge in mechanic drawings interpretation
- Knowledge in computer packages
- Min 3 years similar position or 5 in Tool room area
