You will coordinate activities for material procurement, component fabrication, and device validation, ensuring compliance with product specifications, tolerances, and ergonomic functionality for the end user.Collaborate with a cross-functional team to review the design and construction of tooling, perform validations to ensure the product meets specifications, ensuring repeatability and geometry.Place orders and follow up on the supply of tooling materials and/or equipment to ensure timely implementation, as well as organizing and validating test executions.Coordinate and/or participate in the Geometrical Approach team.Create technical documentation in compliance with industry standards and applicable legislation, with special emphasis on Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.You will be responsible for developing a tooling maintenance program in accordance with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) requirements.Perform process adaptation to facilitate assembly.Promote and support the development of a training plan for tool technicians.Provide support with information and recommendations for work orders (WO) received in the department for manufacturing.QualificationsExperience of 3-5 years in automotive industryMechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fieldAdvanced EnglishWork on-site in Tultilan, State of Mexico.#J-18808-Ljbffr
