**The position takes place in Milwaukee, Wisconsin****Objetive**:The Tooling Engineer role will work closely with process engineering, new business development and toolroom teams to optimize the flow of materials, processes and resources to deliver new tooling at the best cost and timing, and to facilitate common-sense repair solutions for existing tooling.**RESPONSABILITIES**:- Assist in creating strategic vision for tool manufacturing & repair.- Deploy transformational change that includes improvements in manufacturing technology, processing methods, elimination of non-value added process steps, optimization of existing manufacturing processes and standardized designs.- Streamline new tool build process by leveraging core competencies and simplifying business processes- Assist with troubleshooting and provide guidance for tooling repairs and modifications.- Simplify and standardize spare tooling management systems.**REQUIREMENTS & KNOWLEDGE**:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline.- 5+ years working closely with tooling, tool manufacturing, and/or CNC equipment preferred.- Six Sigma Blackbelt certification preferred.- Advanced understanding of MS Project or other similar resource planning software.- Ability to influence others thru good communication skills.- Knowledge of quality control and part print references (GD&T).- The ability to manage projects and work in a team project environment.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $1.00 - $1.50 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno matutinoPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Ciudad Juárez, Chih.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problema o estar dispuesto a mudarse con una paquete de apoyo para mudarse proporcionado por la empresa (Obligatorio)Pregunta(s) de postulación:- Tiempo de experiência en Tooling?Idioma:- Ingles (Obligatorio)Licencia/Certificación:- Six Sigma Black Belt (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
