**Your Job**
As Tooling Engineer you will be focused on coordinate NPI & Transfer Molding team for the introduction of new molds and transfer to production, working along with US and China on a regular basis.
**Our Team**
This role will interact with diverse areas such as: Quality, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Management working in the South plant in Guadalajara.
**What You Will Do
- Design, EOAT & Robot Engineer.
- Evaluate necessary peripheral equipment, as well as the correct assignment of presses.
- Support NPI global teams
- Ensure the correct receipt of molds, documents and necessary equipment before the arrival of the molds to the plant.
- Responsible for planning the activities for the correct qualification of the molds.
- Responsible for ensuring the correct delivery of molds to production.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Strong experience in similar role with expertise in injection plastic, molding tools.
- English advanced (Conversational and written)
- Bachelor's degree related to engineering.
- Strong knowledge of plastic molding or injection processes.
- Scientific Molding RJG.
- Mold developing and Knowledge of the design of plastic parts for feasibility.
- Experience leading-coordinating teams and projects.
**What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in Automotive industry
- Design software (NX Siemens, Autocad, Inventor, Solid Works)
