**Your Job**
As a Tooling Engineer you will be focused on molding injection plastics area, working along with US and China on a regular basis.
**Our Team**
This role will interact with diverse areas such as: Quality, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Management working in the South plant in Guadalajara.
**What You Will Do
- Introduce new and transferred molds into production
- Develop tooling procedures as toolroom administration, incoming process that includes, incoming check list, definition of spare parts, tool changeover standardization.
- Asses and address Tooling issues or Improvements.
- Definition of preventive maintenance cycles.
- Develop technical tooling standards.
- Tool DFM revision for new molds (NOT in change of manufacturing new mold)
- NX & Kistler software for design reviews
- Tool changeover drawings administrator
- Tool documentation administrator
- Injection troubleshooting assessment
- Support for series production for tooling offenders
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Strong experience in similar role with expertise in injection plastic, molding tools.
- English advanced (Conversational and written)
- Bachelor's degree related to engineering.
- Strong knowledge of plastic molding or injection processes.
- Scientific Molding RJG.
- Mold developing and Knowledge of the design of plastic parts for feasibility.

- Design software (NX Siemens, Autocad, Inventor, Solid Works)
